The Parent-Teacher executive Association (PTA) Meeting for the academic year 2026–27 was held on 17 September 2026 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting began with a short refreshment session for the members present. A short prayer was conducted by Sr. Angel, seeking God's blessings for the fruitful conduct of the meeting. Sr.Fathima the vice principal delivered the welcome address and warmly welcomed all the parents, teachers, and management members. The Principal then addressed the gathering and explained the importance and purpose of the PTA. He highlighted that parents play a vital role in supporting the school and helping students achieve success. He emphasized that the PTA serves as a platform for discussing student-related concerns and improving communication between parents and the school management. The Principal  Fr.Jeevan Gomes, explained that parents are representatives of the school community and that their active participation makes discussions more meaningful and effective. He encouraged parents to treat the school as their second home and to communicate openly whenever they face concerns regarding their children. The history, vision, and regulations of the school were also briefly presented. It was mentioned that the institution has a long-standing educational tradition and serves students across Karnataka through its various schools. Meeting concluded with a brief interaction with the Parents and the Teachers and vote of thanks proposed by Tr Manjunath.
