Seven teachers from St. Aloysius International School, Harihar attended the Capacity Building Programme (CBP) organized by the CBSE at Podar International School, Davangere.The day-long training commenced at 9:00 am and concluded at 5:30 pm. The sessions were highly interactive and insightful, focusing on innovative pedagogical strategies, classroom management and competency-based learning.The teachers returned rejuvenated and enriched with new ideas and practical tools to make teaching-learning more effective and student-centric.The staff expressed their sincere gratitude to the management for deputing them for this valuable professional development program and for constantly encouraging continuous learning.
